The Quality Control Research Of Energy-saving Relocation Project By Shouguang Water Company

As the extensive economic development of China needs enormous environmental and energy consumption, this forms a sharp contradiction with the weak nation state, including energy crisis and weak environmental carrying capacity. Thus, how to effectively control energy waste during the project to fulfill a harmonious development among the energy, economy and the environment is particularly important.In this paper, the key of the energy-saving relocation management is to control the project schedule, quality and cost effectively. For those large-scale projects which have a number of segments, element projects and complex processes, in order to complete the project with strict quality construction and precise progress plan, cost control is particularly important. The supervision department and the owners keep in touch with the project progress through the monitoring of construction contracting performance, and then they can make preparation of the project control and find quality problems in time to adjust the planning, to complete the target of the quality control.The main contents of this paper include:the background and significance of the energy-saving policy, the implementation state and problems, project quality control theory, influencing factors in the quality management of Shouguang Water Company energy-saving relocation project; The constitution of the water development enterprise’s system quality control and the quality management empirical analysis of Shouguang Water Company, preventing measures toward the energy-saving relocation project.
