Finally calculated the paper in view of the institute of engineering quality control and schedule control coordination involves working methods and measures of main conclusion, and the research of this project.Combined with this project actual situation, this paper expounds the property management of the project implementation stage mode, management methods, means and control, and combined with related scientific management theory in the process of project implementation system and the method of analysis, focused on engineering quality and schedule control and coordination to promote both use analysis, fully demonstrates the modern management theory in real practice, especially in the importance of management on the use of large project, puts forward the problems that should be paid attention to in the management of questions and suggestions, also in combination with the actual situation of our province highway construction projects, in a detailed analysis of existing problems, further enhance and improve the province and even the domestic highway service coordination and management level of the project, from essentially promote the standardization of the construction projects and refinement, strives for the mutual restriction relations between core objective, and mutual interference, coordinated development, realize the orderly and efficient construction project management, improving the management of highway construction in China means, measures and experience of enlightenment and reference.
