| At present, development of new energy vehicles has become the research focus,inside the EV has been developed fast because of low energy consumption, low emission and manufacturability, but never popularized. One of the most important reasons is that driving range is short, there have been efforts to solve the problem, but there have not been satisfying results.Aiming at the issue of short driving range, in this paper, in order to improve the recycling of energy of electric car, the regeneration technology of electric bus was studied, and the work carried out as follows:(1) The composition and working principle of regeneration braking system was elaborated, and brake dynamics analysis was made.(2) According to the electric motor braking power constraints, combined with specific parameters, amendments to the electric motor braking power was taken.(3) The comprehensive analysis and comparison was done of several typical braking force distribution strategy, on this basis, the improved strategy of motor brake alone and optimal energy recovery on single shaft were presented.(4) A model was established in matlab/simulink, simulation was taken respectively in normal operating conditions and circulation condition for of urban roads.Simulation results showed that the improved braking force distribution strategy had improved the efficiency of energy recovery, increased auto mileage. |
