Electric vehicles AC charging spot is an important infrastructure for electric vehicles to achieve energy supply, with a standard charging interface, using conductive method of charging to supply AC power for on-board charger, it’s the main charging method for EVs.This paper designs a kind of AC charging spot with two charging interfaces based on the constitution of EVs power supply system, combined with standard file-"NB/T 33002 EVs AC charging spot technical conditions" and "GBT 20234 EVs connecting devices to conduct electricity". Paper determines the overall structure charging pile system by functional requirements analysis. Completed the development of the main control board by using Infineon XC2267 microcontroller as core, designing circuit to detect the connection status of charging gun and interface circuit for function devices. Select display and control touch screen, smart meters, printers, and other components to build hardware platform of AC charging spot. Paper developed a workflow of charging spot based on dual-user charging control logic. Achieved touch screen interface guides, authentication, self-service transactions and other system functions by software development from three levels:the bottom-driven, business processes, human computer interaction. Program the system software code by C language. For centralized management issues of charging spot, connected spot to the network and appointed communication processes between charging spot and remote system by using the power line carrier communication technology and ModBus protocol. According to the design we made an engineering prototype production, tested all functions and performance indicators. The experimental results show that this design of AC charging spot is simple to operate, reliable, low cost and meeting the needs of charging for two electric cars at the same time. It has a certain reference value for the construction of the EVs charging infrastructure.
