Under the current rapid social and economic development,environmental pollution is becoming increasingly prominent.In order to effectively solve the problems related to air pollution,electric vehicles have begun to attract attention,and they have been widely used due to their advantages of low pollution,zero emissions,high efficiency and energy saving.The charging station is an important supporting infrastructure for electric vehicles,which has a compulsory role in the development of electric vehicles,for example,it is easy to cause charging problems.Relevant statistics show that as of 2019,there are 8 operators with more than 10,000 charging facilities,accounting for more than 90% of the national charging piles,which has become the main force of China's charging operation service network.At the same time,small and medium-sized operators in various regions have grown to be a powerful supplement to China's charging operation service network.According to China Charging Alliance statistics,most small and medium-sized operators do not have the ability to build information platforms,and they mainly entrust other mainstream operators to host and operate,for example,"Cloud fast charging" access to 291 small and medium operators,and special calls to access to small and medium operators(including individuals)reached 2175.However,due to the rapid growth of electric vehicles and other factors,some regions have begun to experience difficulties in charging electric vehicles.Therefore,it is of great significance to optimize the layout of electric vehicle charging stations.The planning of electric vehicle charging stations is essentially a multi-objective decision-making problem,which involves many factors and is difficult to deal with.Electric vehicles have a strong dependence on charging facilities,so this paper analyzes the charging behavior characteristics of different types of electric vehicles and the factors affecting their selection,establishes a prediction model for electric vehicle charging demand,and studies the location of electric vehicle charging stations based on the model analysis.In addition,it also specifically analyzes the current construction situation of electric vehicle charging facilities.Based on the experience of this aspect abroad,it proposes the layout plan of electric vehicle charging facilities.The main results of this article are as follows:(1)Established a prediction model for electric vehicle charging demand.This demandanalysis result can provide support and basis for charging facility planning,and is also one of the factors that grid companies need to focus on.In the research process of this paper,the charging behavior habits of electric vehicle users were analyzed.The probabilistic characteristics and quantitative analysis models of the initial charging time of the electric vehicle and the initial battery SOC were established.Based on the Monte Carlo simulation method,random sampling was carried out to establish the charging of the electric vehicle.The load demand forecasting model was built,and simulation examples were built for analysis.(2)A multi-objective planning model for EV charging stations considering the satisfaction of charging users was established.In this paper,user satisfaction is used to measure the satisfaction of EV users with charging service time,and it is described by the bump time satisfaction function.The components and specific expressions of the total operating income,total construction investment cost and operating cost of the charging station are discussed in detail,and the goal is to maximize the total investment income of the electric vehicle charging station,the highest user satisfaction of the electric vehicle and the minimum loss of the distribution network.Function,based on certain simplified assumptions,a multi-objective optimization planning model is established,and an improved chaotic firework algorithm is used to solve the model.Finally,a simulation example is built and analyzed based on a certain local planning area and distribution network information.The results obtained verify the rationality of the model and algorithm proposed in this paper.(3)Discuss the operation mode of electric vehicle charging facilities.The cities with relatively complete electric vehicle charging facilities in China are first-tier cities such as Beijing,and second-tier cities headed by Chengdu and so on.Charging facilities are built in the city,but the service network integrity is not the same as first-tier cities.For third-and fourth-tier cities,their charging the facility is not planned,so it is necessary to study it.This article makes an in-depth analysis of the current operation mode of electric vehicle charging facilities at home and abroad,and gives the operation mode and promotion plan of electric vehicle charging facilities that are adapted to local conditions.
