Design And Implementation Of The Theater Stage Machinery Software Control System

With the economic development, the living standard of people becomes better. In recent years, there are many large theaters centers in constructing. The design of the hardware and software for the stage machinery control system becomes more and more popular. The new stage control system should adapt to different usage requirement and constantly apply new technologies, to realize the intelligence and diversification in functions, to minimize human intervention during the operation, and to simplify the operation to make it flexible and reliable.At present, many kinds of advanced technologies, especially the computer control technology, have been used in the control of stage machinery. The installment of the theatre stage machinery equipment of China Jiliang University has nearly been completed. This thesis studies the stage machinery software control system and the overall design of stage control system. Based on the cooperative design of computer monitoring software, PLC and database software, a set of intelligent stage software control system has been implemented. The main works and results are summarized as follows.The thesis firstly introduces the importance of the software design in the development of the stage equipment control system., and describes the present development situation of stage machinery control system at home and abroad. Secondly, the monitoring software, the PLC technology and database technology which is covered by the control system is introduced. Thirdly, hardware facilities of the stage equipment are introduced, with the analysis of the feasibility of the software of control system and the needs of the system. Then, the software design of each part of the control system is presented, including the final implementation and testing. At last, the thesis summarizes the superiority and disadvantage of the system. According to the development trend of the stage industry and software, the thesis puts forward the prospects of the stage machinery software control system.At present, the control system has been implemented and installed, obtaining the acceptance of experts organized by the University. Many art performances have also been successfully held in the theatre. From the actual operation, we can conclude that the control system achieves its requirements.
