Theatre is an important part in the artistic performance and stage machinery is absolutely necessary equipment to it. Its movement form, running speed, space position is multiple, which achieves the factors such as stage, actor, lighting and scene change cooperatively and makes the stage performance more rich and colorful. In addition to the control of single motor drive equipment reach the target rapidly and exact safely, motor synchronous control technology is one of the core technology in stage control. Lifting platform, rotary tables, fire curtain, awning derrick and other kinds of stage equipment should be synchronized controlled by several motors. It could lead to failure of performance or performance accidents and causing casualties if the control of motors is uncoordinated, so synchronized control of the stage machinery research is of great significance.Taking a university-enterprise cooperation project as the research background and according to the requirement of the partner company, this paper designed a stage control system which could combine with four kinds of motor system freely. Based on the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the current commonly used motor synchronization control strategy and under the synchronization requirements of lifting platform, lighting pole and other equipments, select motor and programming to join motor synchronization control algorithm and use the system as the experiment platform at the same time, test and optimize the synchronized algorithm. The main work is as follows:Design and set up a stage control system which is used to study the synchronized control, so as to realize the control of equipments and synchronous control function of lifting platform. The system scheme used the force control configuration software as the man-machine communication software, the Siemens PLC-313C-2DP as the main controller, the Siemens PLC-226 as auxiliary controller, MM440 inverter as motor drive, photoelectric encoder as a detection device, and use Profibus-DP, a distributed control network which is of powerful real-time performance as a communication network and make the control system has good performance in real time safety and reliability. After comparing the advantages and disadvantages of each control algorithm, we select electronic virtual axis control algorithm as core algorithm of the system. After programming, test and optimize it gradually and finally get a better targeted optimization type electronic virtual axis control algorithm, and visual on the system shows better performance of the electronic virtual axis control algorithm for solving. synchronized control on the experimental platform.
