The traditional automobile brings the energy crisis and the environmental pollution question are day by day serious, the pure electric automobile’s research receives more and more takes seriously. And, along with the power battery universal use, the battery management system management system and the research also follows the production. Regarding the electric vehicle, battery’s dump energy is in the electric automobile power battery charging and discharging as well as the driving process to the vehicles may the continue voyage course judgment important basis. SOC(state-of-charge, indicated that battery dump energy condition, namely dump energy accounts for battery aggregate capacity percentage) is in the electric vehicle movement process the very important parameter. At present, the survey and the computation lithium battery dump energy universal existence measuring process is tedious, the accuracy is bad, to achieve to a lithium ion battery’s SOC value more accurate survey and the lithium battery dump energy accurate reckoning goal, myself have mainly completed the following work: First conducts the research to the existing each kind of SOC estimate algorithm, and has analyzed the present application each kind of battery SOC estimate method good and bad points as well as the different battery application situation to the SOC real-time online estimate request, in this work, myself proposed that one kind brand-new, simple and direct accurate algorithm- open-circuit voltage law, then has designed the battery management system management system’s hardware circuit, and has realized this algorithm embedded application in the software. Then to conducts the analytical study based on this algorithm’s lithium ion battery’s OCV-SOC standardization curve and revises, obtains the standard the diagram of curves, again lithium ion battery external voltage value which obtains using the experiment, through analyzes and calculates to should the curve obtain the final battery’s SOC value and the dump energy. Finally to affects the electric automobile to be possible continue voyage course each factor to carry on the analysis to summarize, may the continue voyage course provide the solid reliable basis for the electric automobile. This design through the massive studies and the experiment, has realized the hardware and the software as well as the computation good union, might the continue voyage course provide a more accurate basis for the pure electric automobile lithium ion battery’s dump energy’s determination and the vehicles, had strong operational and the practical application significance.
