The car provide convenient for our trip, while also facing be stolen, robbery complex environment, as part of our family property, and how to protect them from abuse, become an urgent problem to be solved.In this paper, the current car alarm technology is analyzed, that in the current network technology under the background of highly developed, car should also be connected to the network, in addition to have itself "security", also should have active safety means such as "traceability". At the same time analyzed the existing have "traceability" anti-theft system, puts forward its popularization and promotion to the main defects: one is the terminal equipment is expensive. Three is to use third-party service platform, in network information increasingly severe environment, there is the risk of leakage of personal information and privacy. Based on the analysis in this paper, in order to realize the vehicle can track, reduce the cost, avoid to use the third party for the purpose of public service, that demand for ordinary families use, designed to achieve the car positioning system based on mobile network. The system consists of GPS vehicle positioning information collected, generated through the GSM data transmission and processing of the vehicle positioning or track diagram stored in the server database, the user can be accessed through any internet-enabled devices to provide information of web pages, can obtain the current position of the vehicle or the movement track of a period of time.This paper analyzes existing car positioning system, needs improvement measures are put forward in view of the family use and implementation.
