A Software Design Of Automatic Test System Based On Labwindows/cvi

The security risk becomes more serious as the developments of aerospace field. In the area of aviation, people gradually pay more attentions to the researches of TCAS(Traffic Collision Avoidance System) which aims at solving this problem, and the test equipment system becomes a significant study area. Functions and indexes of TCAS are hard to satisfy, which brings unknown challenges to test systems.This TCAS automatic test system is based on original system, which has satisfied all functions and indexes, alter procedure and functions. This system restores practical conditions, fulfills test items of mode S transponder test unit by network, enhances the data processing capacity, and improves original system functions.First, this thesis explains the background of TCAS automatic test system. Second, analyses requirements of automatic test system after the theories of TCAS equipment, puts forwards overall framework, and discusses the software development platform. Third, explains test items, purposes and methods of automatic test system from perspective unit under test. Forth, illustrates the dynamic airspace environments which are improved in automatic test system. At last, shows the issues in design and debug as experience accumulations.This paper mainly designs and verifies test processes, dynamic targets simulations and data processing of automatic test system. On test processes, the system changes the tests of TCAS system. For dynamic targets simulation, the system using multi-threading to update the dynamic parameters simulation. For data processing, the system perfects the network communicated protocols, data acquisitions and data results, adds the automatic test function, does the best to simplify the communicated data.Finally, the essay modifies the functions of original system, and verifies parts of functions through actual tests.
