Power resource is an important resource for the people’s livelihood. The conventional mode of generating electricity exist the problem of low efficiency and heavy pollution. So, the efficient way for generating the clean power is meaningful for accelerating the economic development and improving the quality of residents’ life. In this paper, we put forward the way of generating power relying on the photovoltaic. Photovoltaic power uses the solar without pollution, which can supply the power to the power grid.Photovoltaic power generation is the use of clean solar energy resources, which able to send power into the grid for long distance electricity transmission. But there are many factors that lead to reduced efficiency of photovoltaic; these factors include peak power tracking efficiency, DC voltage drop losses, heat loss and harmonic losses and so on. From start to reduce energy consumption, we use PID algorithm to improve the efficiency of power track, optimize the circuit traces reduce DC loss, improved code efficiency for reducing heat loss, and by reducing the harmonic loss with SPWM.Secondly, we will design an experimental platform for the photovoltaic inverter verification based on the above key technology, then we will analysis the hardware and explain the key circuit.Then, we will simulate the EMC on the photovoltaic inverter design. Considering the result of simulating, we will optimize of circuit layout and improve the characteristics of electromagnetic compatibility, so that electromagnetic index conforms to FCC safety standard. At the same time the thermal design of photovoltaic inverter also will be simulated.Finally, we will test the photovoltaic inverter design. Through analyzing the experimental data to discover the lack of hardware platforms, and propose improvements.
