Reseach On Pre- Project Plan Project Schedule And Communication Management With A Wireless Data Transmission System In Gas Fields

Pre-project tasks is the first step of a project which would be carry out by a large state-owned enterprise. The establishment of a project-plan is the first part of Pre-project tasks. When the first part of Pre-project tasks finished,there should be a project proposal report which had be accepted by enterprise management level. This report not only determines the result of projects, and preliminarily determines the construction of the project operation mode.Analysis from the perspective of project management, the establishment of a project-plan itself can also be seen as kind of a special project. Due to the large state-owned enterprise internal organization large, complex power, interests and responsibility relations, the project proposal report within the enterprise widely recognition more difficult. In actual work, the establishment of a project-plan work often delay.Many factors affect the project schedule. The management problems of a project-plan establishment has a certain particularity, which cannot be directly solved by traditional project schedule management tool. In this article, through comprehensive analysis and found that the biggest influence on project planning is the enterprise internal department’s different expect. So in this problem, the project schedule management and communication management problems are inseparable.This thesis works on the basis of the theory of the stakeholder management, using the OBS and WBS, schedule management, and other tools, combined with the common communication management of conflicts between treatment response. Through the enterprise internal between different interest groups targeted to communication skills, finally reached a proposal to the biggest extent widely recognized, and the progress of project planning is guaranteed.Combined with a wireless data transmission system of construction project, this paper make some exploratory theoretical research and practical application, provide a reference for other project managers and enterprises.
