Research On Project Stakeholders Communication Management Of X Airlines

In order to meet market demand better,the products of airlines are needed to be optimized,so that customer needs can be met in the greatest extent.In the process of enterprise information construction,the development and application of data service system has gradually become an important tool for enterprises to analyze customer demand data.In the process of data service system development project construction,project communication management has become an important method to ensure the smooth implementation of the project.Taking X airline as an example,the communication management problems of its data service system development project are analyzed.Firstly,on the basis of clarifying the research status of project communication management by domestic and foreign scholars,the related concepts and theories of project communication management are summarized.Secondly,the status quo of communication management in the data service system development project of X Airlines are analyzed from the aspects of communication planning management,communication technology and communication methods.Combined with questionnaires and interviews,several problems of communication in the data service system development project of X Airlines are pointed out,including communication cognition,communication ability,etc.Problems of communication form,communication tools and communication mechanism.Finally,the communication management measures of X airline data service system development project are put forward,including strengthening the communication awareness of project team members,improving the quality of project documents which affect the communication effect,solidifying the tools and forms of project communication,and formulating and implementing the project communication process.Through the project communication management measures proposed in this paper,application of communication management theory in the X airline data service system development is more easily applied,and reference and basis are provided for the company’s future construction of other information systems.
