One of the key to upgrade the informatization level is to make loading and reinforcement be more automated and Intelligent. With the market division exacerbating further, there will be a variety of goods and more complex types. For this reason, freight loading and reinforcement become more difficult. Exceptional Dimension Freight is essential to the national economic construction and national defense. So, it is significant to develop the support system of developing loading and reinforcement scheme.This thesis analyzes the background of loading and reinforcement scheme over the world. Customers are asked to provide loading and reinforcement scheme when they propose transportation needs. The developed decision support system can be used when customers develop their loading and reinforcement schemes. At the same time, freight department almost verify the schemes by working experience which may be inefficient. According to this, this thesis discusses overall design of the support system of developing loading and reinforcement scheme. To implement the designed function, several modules are plotted. Then, the thesis shows the process of developing the system. Finally, all the works are reviewed and issues of continuing research are raised.System discussed by this thesis can meet the demands of railway freight work, make it more efficient. The system also provides freight department and customers a convenient interacting mode. The interface makes it easy to upgrade the system promptly when the current regulation changes. Generally speaking, the system researched by this thesis can make it safer and more automated to develop the loading and reinforcement scheme. |
