The continuous development of modern electronic information technology, make the engineering construction project management system to realize informatization, network, all kinds of roads, Bridges, such as large water conservancy project management software is also emerge in endlessly. But with the increasing of national investment in engineering construction projects the number and scale increasing, and the need for the government to meet its regulatory functions of the project, an urgent need to develop a the government-led, geared to the needs of each department and project contractor, multitasking collaborative management, integrated routing design system of national engineering construction projects. The system can provide a virtual platform, to achieve the government’s approval of individual projects, bidding and dynamic regulation and other functions. This paper by national investment system for engineering construction projects as the main research object, carries on the track management and analysis, in order to existing systems for diagnostic treatment project management mode, analysis of the problems, countermeasures are put forward.This article first has carried on the elaboration to the project background, and the basic situation of research at home and abroad were summarized. Related research at home and abroad, but few targeted research. National engineering construction project system in the design, development, operation and maintenance aspects have their own characteristics, the need for detailed analysis.In the second chapter, this article put forward the thesis of the theory of knowledge. Mainly from the scope of analysis, change control, risk management three aspects are expounded. In fact, between the three interconnected, are not independent. On the surface of the three independent plate constitutes the theoretical framework of this article.In the third chapter, this paper analyzes scope of national engineering construction project system. From the project charter, project scope statement, WBS project work breakdown structure three main dimensions are described. But this article description does not restore, but diagnosis, timely introduced this paper argues that in need of improvement.In the fourth chapter, this article is mainly on the basis of the project to verify the specific change management project. Change management can not only limited to the technical level, which should be solved first is the management level. So in this paper, the change management control system were designed, based on this to make a change to the content are discussed in this paper.In the fifth chapter, this article mainly has carried on the risk analysis. But this article should be in the range analysis of stakeholder analysis of the extension, replace with the interested relationship analysis, the purpose is to strengthen its influence on risk management. The distinction between the overall risk and technical risk, risk response measures are put forward in this paper.This paper research achievements of national engineering construction project system of project management research has certain reference significance.
