Autoclave is a kind of large scale application in many fields of the steaming feed device, but due to the structure and process conditions of special reasons, in the production process autoclave often appears in the accident, which is brought about the great hidden dangers to the safety of people’s life and property. Therefore engineering researchers have do a lot of research on it, and has made certain achievements, but for the multi support structure of autoclaved in structural designhas not a complete design method. The tooth locked quick closure structure also has the design method unperfect. In view of this, this article study in multi support structure, the tooth locked quick closure structure, safety interlock device of the autoclave body structure.To meet the strength, stability and fatigue three check constraints, considering the four main factors that affect the design of support structure are studied in the article. Study on Large scale calculation results using the finite element method, get a complete set of autoclave multi support structure design method. Which through the research on the four factors of materials, design pressure, equipment diameter, tube length. This paper is mainly to solve the supports number selection, established an autoclave with multi saddle supports number selection method and wall thickness compensation method. The results of this study provide a theoretical basis for determining the number of autoclaved support, make up the blank of this field.In this paper, the finite element method (FEM) respectively from the strength, stiffness and fatigue three angle of autoclave tooth locked quick opening structure mechanics assessment of comprehensive. The quick opening structure of different meshing condition, different tooth shaped structure of quick opening structure and mechanical properties are studied in this paper. The results show that the radial displacement and disclinations will enable quick opening structure of the mechanical properties significantly worse; the number of teeth and tooth width of research show that the increased number of teeth and increased tooth width on the mechanical properties of the structure are improved obviously. The evaluation method for autoclave risk prevention、 the formulation of the accident treatment plan to provide the theoretical basis.
