With rapid developments of modern industry and demand of environmental protection, reliable sealing and strength of high-pressure vessels and equipment are more and more required. Bolt-flange connection is the common used sealing connection structure. Study of bolt-flange connection has been becoming a long booming research subject, which is especially important for setting-up new design standards.Seal and strength reliability of a high-pressure sealing device determine its application results and safety operation and, therefore, are criteria for a successful design of high-pressure vessels. Comparing with normal kingbolt or clamp connection structures, such structure as the head being put into the end flange and connected by shearing bolts is the most compact in structure and lightest in weight.For batch production process, sealing device needs to be assembled and disassembled frequently.
