With the popularity of the Internet of Things technology applications in various fields and the continuous improvement of technical level, the intelligence level of China’s medical equipment industry is also growing. For example, the infusion monitoring system in the application of intravenous fluids. After collecting the infusion weight by sensors, and uploaded to the host machine to achieve real-time monitoring of the infusion.In this paper, designed of a hospital transfusion wireless monitoring device. The device consists of a full-bridge weighing sensor, microcontroller, LCD display module, power conversion module and battery. To solve the problem of no hardware shake-removing mechanism and of being rone to false alarms, this paper designed an improved RANSAC algorithm to remove the infusion jitter. The system first obtains the weight of the stability of infusion liquid by weighing sensor, then using the RANSAC algorithm to fit the infusion data characteristic curve. Last, by fitting the model to filter jitter generated in the process of infusion, and around the filter of fitting model to get stable and accurate infusion data. Through the characteristics of transfusion data model, the patient’s behavior characteristics were analyzed by system. Secondly, the data transceiver module for infusion monitoring device designed for data transmission indirect method based on POLLing mechanism. This method effectively solves the transceiver how data in a case where the infusion device is not monitoring network, with good power control, more efficient data transmission, simple and fast connection establishment. Based on the above work, we design a wireless infusion monitoring system, including the formation of a wireless sensor network, the nurse station monitoring center and software management of the three modules, the infusion monitoring software runs in the nurses’ station monitoring center, real-time observation of nurses and to monitor the patient’s infusion circumstances provide a friendly graphical interface.Experimental results show that:the infusion monitoring device can quickly establish a connection with a central node, collected infusion weight in real-time and transfusion information uploaded to the PC in real time. Improved RANSAC algorithm can effectively filter jitter of data generated during the infusion, and guaranted infusion data accuracy. Intelligent infusion monitoring system for patient infusion situation can be effectively.
