At present,the problem of aging in China is serious,and the aging population's need for medical resources is increasing.However,human resources for health in China are insufficient for a long time,and the large number of nurses work overtime,which can easily lead to medical errors.Among them,intravenous infusion is a common treatment method in clinical medicine,and usually relies on nurses for manual management.However,due to the untimely nursing care,patients often have infusions that are too fast,too slow or even suspended,which directly affects the efficacy of infusion therapy.Therefore,the intelligentization and automation of patient monitoring through sensor technology,wireless communication technology and low-power embedded technology has become a new trend in medical development.This thesis designs and implements an infusion drip photoelectric monitoring system based on wireless mesh network.The system integrates various sensor data such as photoelectric sensors to monitor the drip rate,residual fluid volume,and remaining infusion time.And Zigbee technology is used to establish a stable wireless mesh network.The monitoring data is transmitted to the server for the unified management of nurses.This thesis discusses in detail the different methods of drip rate measurement,tests and improves the photoelectric method and gravity method,proposes a new method of multi-sensor fusion.And through the research on wireless communication technology,the thesis analyzes the advantages and implementation schemes of wireless mesh networks in the medical field.In addition,according to the drop analysis technology,a new method for identifying the type of liquid by drop growth signal in infusion scenario is proposed.Finally,a specific implementation of the infusion monitoring system is proposed,including device function,hardware structure,embedded software,communication protocol,circuit,mechanical structure and client UI design.The system can help nurses to manage the infusion status of a large number of patients at the same time,reduce the workload of nurses,and improve the hospital operational efficiency.It is an active exploration of smart healthcare.
