This thesis is composed of two sections:one is the development of dry gas seal simulation training system, and the other is airflow pulsating test of pipeline network system.With the continuous development of science and technology in recent years, the centrifugal compressor which has stable performance, high security and reliability, etc. plays an irreplaceable role in the petrochemical and other important economic areas, and its operational management and maintenance are accounted for most of the daily work of employees. However, because of employee mobility, inadequate pre-job training for new employees, the loss of corporate technical personnel and many other issues, safety production is becoming an more and more serious problem to the enterprise.The first part of this thesis is to develop a large-scale simulation training system after field investigation and field survey which will improve the techniciest relevant vocational skills. This system chooses the current mainstream simulation training practices, and takes the enterprise compressor system as the prototype and the process as the main line, and combines with the operation mechanism of dry gas seal, structure and function of the auxiliary systems and process equipment maintenance and other aspects of information, and uses other methods such as three-dimensional modeling, fluid simulations and multimedia teaching and so on. The system aims to make the employees realized the detail information of dry gas seal system processes of compressors, and to provide long-term safety operation protections for the enterprise by means of simulation training system and on the basis of relevant training materials of the effective integration of a large number of dry gas seal system.The second part of this thesis studies the flow pulsation transfer characteristics in the reciprocating compressor and pipeline system,and aims to discuss the measures for eliminating vibration of the compressor complex pipe network system.The reciprocating compressor is an important energy conversion equipment in oil refining, chemical and other industries, and its safe and reliable performances have been widely recognized by the industry. But the flow pulsating of the internal process gas in pipe network system caused by its special structure has been a prevalent important problem in today’s business.Owing to the experimental conditions and constraints related factors, the former exploring of mechanical vibration and internal gas pulsation mechanism in pipe network stays in the theoretical analysis and simulation phase, so the associated testing laboratory urgently needs to be supplied and perfected.In this regard, based on different piping components in compressor pipe network system and on the basis of the corresponding mathematical analysis model, relying on an oil-free air compressors, the paper builds a fluid dynamics bench of the reciprocating compressor and pipeline system to complete the analysis of internal flow pulsation transfer characteristics in complex pipeline system and the relevant stage of testing laboratories of damping mechanism analysis in compressor pipe network system.
