The usage and development of renewable energy gradually became a focus issue of society because of the limited fossil energy and the air pollution and environment destroy it brings. But all kinds of renewable energy have their abuses such as easily affected by the weather and the power supplement is not stable. In order to take the benefits of more kinds of renewable energy we can mutually combine different kinds of new energy sources to get rid of the abuses on account of they have complementary characteristic in time, season, and area. We can form Wind-solar hybrid power generation system by the combination of wind and solar power, There fore, in order to get a high efficiency and stable electricity Wind-solar hybrid power generation system link of maximum power tracking control and output stability research becomes important.The object of study is Wind-solar hybrid power generation system, the main target is to furthest use the Wind-solar hybrid energy and carry out theoretical research on the maximum power point tracking techniques for PV power generation system and wind power generation system and eventually realized it by simulation. First of all, on the basis of analyzing the working principle of each component part, the MATLAB/SIMULINK to establish independent photovoltaic(pv) and wind machine simulation model, model of the battery. Wind machine simulation model to simulate the wind turbine wind energy utilization coefficient curve and power curve and the actual wind turbine characteristics, can better simulate the actual wind machine running; Photovoltaic array model is also effectively simulate the actual photovoltaic array output characteristic.Secondly, in the introduction of photovoltaic power generation and wind power simulation model is proposed on the basis of the method and the principle of maximum power point tracking. On the method of maximum power tracking of proposal we are going to introduce some traditional control algorithm, but also for their shortcomings and strengths do the simple analysis, and then use MATLAB to establish photovoltaic power generation, wind power simulation model simulation analysis was carried out on the control algorithm of this paper, and the simulation results are obtained.Finally, in view of the intermittent power grid output fluctuation is put forward a kind of effective inhibition of power fluctuations scenery storage combined power generation system model and its control strategy. Energy storage system is to solve scenery combined method of the stability of power system. And scenery storage in MATLAB/SIMULINK environment joint running of power system simulation, simulation results show that the proposed based on the beautiful scenery of the battery in our q joint power control strategy of availability of the system.
