Detection System Design Of Automobile ABS Wheel-speed Sensor Based On LabVIEW

Anti- lock Braking System(ABS), as the car active safety technology, was widely used in cars. The wheel speed sensor being one of the key parts of ABS, its performance determines the performance of ABS. To improve function of Anti- lock Braking System and safety performance, designing the proper the ABS wheel speed sensor detecting system is urging.First of all, the paper introduced the sensors used in cars, analyzing the present situation of the ABS wheel speed sensor at home and abroad, introducing the working principle of the ABS wheel speed sensor. Aimed at the situation and the lack of ABS wheel speed sensor detect, we put virtual instrumental technology, digital signal processing technology and ABS wheel speed sensor detecting technology together, for the study of ABS wheel speed sensor system.Then we make the study of virtual instrument’s applications on nondestructive testing, introducing visualizing software programming LabVIEW(Laboratory Virtual Instrument Engineering Workbench) in detail, using the software and USB data acquisition card, developing the testing system which is fit for production environment, quick, stable and common of their own.Once more the paper introduces ABS wheel speed sensor and Hall wheel speed sensors bulk detection bench layout design emphatically, Detection system hardware design and type selection, test software’s program development, design of circuit system.Lastly, it being tested in the factory, the result shows that its reliable, convenience, and realizing the union of manual testing and automatic testing, improving the working efficiency, meeting the modern production requirements of the test.
