Research For Testing System Of Automobile Air Flow Sensor Based On LabVIEW

Automobile air flow sensor is an important sensor of the engine electronic control system, thus the testing performance of air flow sensor becomes particularly important. In the conventional air flow sensor test system, there are many issues such as: low precision, heavy workload and others. To solve these problems, the thesis proposes a design scheme of intelligent air flow sensor system based on LabVIEW.Air flow sensor test system uses a multi-sensor information fusion technology, the process and result of the test can be intuitively displayed through the PC LabVIEW software. Firstly, building the air flow sensor test bench, achieving manual inspection from two dimensions of temperature and flow rate, this bench provides a good platform of hardware implementation for the automatic detection. Secondly, the design of the thermostat module develops a new temperature control strategy for system temperature problem of excessive overshoot. The strategy achieves a combination of temperature control through open-loop control and closed-loop control. Thermostat module includes PC LabVIEW software, data acquisition card and stepper motor. PC software achieves automatic temperature control through controlling stepper motor by the acquisition card. Thirdly, the design of the automatic speed control module, the thesis put forward the flow control solution based on PID loop control system, determines the inverter frequency given way, synthesizes logically in the LabVIEW development platform and tunes the PID parameters on the test bench. Finally, designing the flow test software programs and developing a good interactive interface, the programs include data acquisition, processing, preservation and determination and makes a determination whether or not the relevant product qualification. Testing air flow sensor under test, then the thesis analyzes test data and evaluates automatic test equipment.The results of testing show that: the design of intelligent air flow sensor system is feasible. this system has a set of reliable operation, use easily and improve work efficiency compared to the traditional manual testing, meeting the testing requirements of modern production.
