Pre-stressed concrete cable-stayed T shape rigid frame truss bridge is a new bridge structure, composed of a cable-stayed structure, truss structure and T shape rigid frame assembly. This type of bridge structure is more complex, therefore diseases occurred during operation more frequently. In order to improve such situation, the maintenance and management countermeasures of pre-stressed concrete T shape rigid frame truss bridge has been studied, the main research are as blow:1. Analysis of disease mechanism of pre-stressed concrete T shape rigid frame assembling truss bridge.On the basis of investigation of Hongtang bridge with large span and complex structure.The main bridge is a through type prestressed reinforced concrete triangle truss T shape rigid frame structure, approach bridge are external pre-stressing double box beam hole-by-segmental constructed and pre-stressed reinforced concrete simply supported beam. The sub-structure are reinforced concrete bored pile foundation, reinforced concrete solid pier, hollow Y shape pier and columnar pier. There are various types of diseases, which mainly occured as large deformation of triangle truss T shape frame structure, severe damage of tension compression bearing and shear hinge, local crushing of concrete falling off, aging and deformation of rubber bearings, damage of joint seams and erosion of foundation. The project would carry out research on these diseases.2. The application of the fuzzy nearness comprehensive evaluation method for health condition evaluation of prestressed Concrete Truss T Frame BridgeBased on AHP method, fuzzy nearness comprehensive evaluation method for health condition evaluation of bridges is proposed and the concept of closeness was introduced, to blurred the bridge structure health assessment index values. With reference to the existing standards, the evaluation index of underlying evaluation criterion, and fuzzy up the evaluation values of underlying evaluation index. Using the fuzzy synthetic assessment the overall health condition of prestressed concrete truss T frame bridge is evaluated.3. Research on repair and reinforcement,management and maintenance technology of prestressed concrete truss T structure bridge by segmental assembling.The project would carry out research on repair and reinforcement of prestressed concrete truss T structure bridges. And achievement of the research would be applied on Hongtang bridge to provide theoretical guidance and technology support. Proper plan can be made after researching on the repair and reinforcement of this type of complex structure According to the mechanical characteristics and disease mechanism, the research on management and maintenance of pre-stressed concrete truss T structure bridge by segmental assembling was carried out.
