Along with the advancement of social economy,the transportation system as one of the important prerequisites to support its development,plays a very important role,and the bridge plays a central role in the road networks,which technology condition directly determine the capacity of the road.How to strengthen the management of the bridge,eliminate security implications,ensure the safety of people's lives and property,it has very important significance.The NO.3 bridge over JiaLing Rive of the national highway G212 in GuangYuan city as an application example,the main contents of this thesis is about how to manage it?detect it?maintain it,so as offer some experiences to the similar bridges.The main research contents are given as following:1?Establish a system about how to manage the bridges with disease,and study the method about how to detect and remedy them in this case.2?How to manage the bridge with disease is a key step in bridge-safe command,what measures is should be use to take steps after it is attributed to the fourth or fifth type of damage degree at first.3?Technical condition evaluation about the traffic capacity and flood prevention ability is an important means.First,how to evaluate the bridge components with hierarchical synthesis evaluation and sngle control index in the fourth or fifth type of damage degree bridge,after evaluate the menbers,then evaluate the deck system,superstructure?substrulture,and evaluate the bridge system at last.4?How to detect the various structural diseases,and how to remedy it,the measures are discussed in this thesis.
