According to specification for design of highway Bridges a survey to determine the reaction on the impact of various factors on water flow resistance index n- roughness. Analysis qingjian river data, to get each hydrologic section analysis results, the study section of the vertical velocity distribution, comprehensive key points in water pressure force is determined, so as to calculate the single pile pier, more resistant to push on the top of the pile pier pier stiffness and bending stiffness, and the function of the pier top horizontal force and bending moment when the pier top displacement of the pier top displacement and water pressure. Then the function of rivers to the structure is analyzed, including the buoyancy hydrostatic pressure, water pressure, and clear the qingjian river bridge in the design of bridge pier combination, half of the double column pier, half of the single column pier, all of the double column pier along the bridge to checking, cross the bridge to checking, determine the pier size, reinforcement ratio, has been clear about the scope of various kinds of bridge piers and foundation form.In order to analyze the qingjian river flow’s influence on the lower part of bridge structure design, in this paper, the design flow, the determination of the roughness n, the lower part of the bridge structure and the foundation stress calculation has carried on the system research, established the gully region of the Yellow River, the water bridge foundation structure and the general system of basic design, and puts forward the corresponding technical requirements, research results not only for the popularization and application of the new technology in shaanxi province to provide technical support, but also to improve the bridge design code in China to accumulate data.
