Northern Shaanxi is located in the Loess Plateau, the river in northern Shaanxi is dominated by 12 primary tributaries of the Yellow River, such as Yanhe,Undetermined River and Qingjian River, and the villages of the whole northern Shaanxi show obvious characteristics along the river distribution, among which the villages of the Qingjian River basin are densely distributed and the regional characteristics are distinct, and the traditional village characteristics are representative in northern Shaanxi. There are few achievements in the scope of watershed research, and there is little systematic and detailed research on the traditional villages in the Qingjian River basin, which does not match the social and cultural values embodied in the traditional villages in the Qingjian River basin. Therefore, the traditional village of northern Shaanxi Qingjian River Basin is selected as the research object of this paper. The spatial form records the historical information of the traditional village, embodies the material environment and the spiritual life characteristic of the traditional village,is the important content of the traditional village relic value, this paper studies the traditional village spatial form of the Qingjian River basin in northern Shaanxi province based on the geographical environment and the social present situation, analyzes its spatial morphological characteristics,To excavate the influence of the regional environment of the Qingjian River basin on the formation of the spatial morphological characteristics of traditional villages. On the basis of supplementing the related research of traditional villages in Qingjian River basin, this paper sums up the characteristics of spatial morphology and the causes of its formation, which is of reference significance to the census and protection of traditional villages in the future northern Shaanxi. The article is divided into four parts: the first part(chapters 1th,2)for the generation of background research.Through combing the research results such as literature, this paper makes clear the key problems such as the research content, research methods and the background of traditional village formation in Qingjian River basin, and makes a foundation for the follow-up research. At the same time, through the analysis of the natural environment, the relationship between water system and village distribution is discussed, the relationship between terrain and village location is analyzed, and the distribution characteristics of Murata Village in Qingjian River basin are finally clarified. The second part(chapter 3rd)is a basic investigation.According to the definition of traditional villages in this paper,34 traditional villages in Qingjian River basin were selected as the object of investigation, and the characteristics of villages were investigated by means of literature reading, field investigation,in-depth interview and inductive deduction, which helped the author to clarify the preliminary characteristics of traditional villages and their spatial forms in the Qingjian River basin.Combining with the typical characteristics in the Qingjian River basin, the eight characteristic items which are most closely related to the spatial morphology of traditional villages are extracted, and the conclusion that the relationship between topography and geomorphology and the spatial morphology of villages is the most closely based on the correlation degree between feature items is determined.Combining with the characteristics of topography and geomorphology, the spatial morphology of traditional villages in Qingjian River basin is divided into three categories, such as Valley Kawadi type, slope foothills platform type and girder top slope type.Based on the relevant research results, combined with the preliminary characteristics of the spatial form of the Qingjian River basin and the research logic from macroscopic to microscopic, this paper determines the five constituent elements of the spatial form-the surrounding environment, the shape of the concentrated residential area, the spatial structure, the street and the building, and makes it the main research content of this article; The third part(chapters 4th,5 and 6)is the core research.Firstly,3 typical villages were selected according to three kinds of spatial morphological types, and the spatial morphological features were investigated and analyzed with topography and five geomorphology as the main contents, and the spatial morphological characteristics of three villages were identified, and then, combined with the method of inductive analysis,3 typical villages were cited,Based on 34 survey villages, this paper summarizes the typical and atypical characteristics of three kinds of spatial forms, and analyzes the causes of atypical features, and then, according to different spatial morphological elements, selects the typical characteristics of three kinds of spatial forms by using morphological methods, and summarizes the common characteristics of three kinds of spatial forms,This paper excavates the specific differences of the three types of spatial forms and clarifies the reasons behind their differences, and finally, summarizes the influencing factors of the spatial form of the traditional villages in the Qingjian River basin into the natural environment, social economy, customs culture and related policies four,on the basis of clarifying the relationship between the five constituent elements of spatial form and the four influencing factors,The dominant position of natural environment, combined with the correlation between four influencing factors and five constituent elements, clarifies the conclusion that geomorphology and construction form have the strongest influence on village spatial form, combined with graphic analysis and comparative analysis method,to clarify the restriction mechanism of geomorphology to spatial form and the driving mechanism of construction form to spatial form.Part ?(Chapter 7th)is the conclusion of this paper.Mainly: 1)the spatial form of the traditional village in the Qingjian River basin is closely related to the elements of the natural environment, and the Kawadi villages in the valley are along the belt, and the streets, buildings and so on are in parallel or vertical relations with the rivers, and the hilly and foothills terraces are banded along the contour lines, and the streets and buildings are parallel or vertical; The movement of girder top sloping villages along the platform is banded and shaped, and the streets, buildings and so on are closely related to the slope of the girder top.2)There is a close correlation between the five constituent elements of spatial form and the four influencing factors of spatial form. The natural environment has the greatest influence on the type of slope and the spatial form of the sloping slope, which is the restricting factor, and the social economy has the greatest influence on the Kawadi type space form of the valley, which belongs to the driving mechanism. The geomorphology in the natural environment and the forms of construction in the social economy have a great influence on the spatial form.
