Highway Affiliated Concrete Structures(curb stone, barrier wall, drain and so on) are at both sides of highway and bridge, they play an important role in safety, draining, beautification, they are an indispensable part of modern highway,but there exist problems like distorted lines,surface voids, surface groove in the process of paving, in cold areas even exist frost damage. To improve the global quality of the concrete structures, this article takes SP250 slipform pavers as the main study subject and mainly studies the following concents:(1) According to the feature of highway, this paper establish the baseline mathematical model and give the permitted pile spacing for straight line and curve. At the same time, this paper analyzes the curve paving requirements of slipform pavers and sensors. As the baseline need a long time to build and has a low accuracy, this paper explore the principle of 3D control system and the flow diagram.(2) This article simulates the Vibrated Liquefaction Mechanism of concrete in the side-sited hopper which placed at the slipform pavers and analyzes the change law of vibrating viscosity coefficient under the vibrating of single vibrator based on the Laboratory test. According to the distribution regularity of the vibrating viscosity coefficient, analyzes the acceleration distribution in the vertical plane that at the outlet of hopper under the vibrating of three vibrators. By adjusting the position and Angle of the vibrator, make sure the vibrating viscosity coefficient in the reasonable range, this can also makes the concrete fully liquefaction and avoid the surface voids.(3) Establishing the matching relationship among concrete mixing stations、concrete transporter、slipform pavers and conveyor belt. The number of surface grooves are analysed quantitatively in this paper, Reasonable matching the above several factors can avoid surface grooves. In view of surface groove due to unplanned downtime, this paper designs hydraulic control system and mechanical control system which can reduce the weight of the sliding mode who is attached to the mold of slipform pavers, hydraulic control system is simulated and analysed by the AMEsim software. For the surface cracks of the concrete structures, analyzes the causes and give some preventive measures.(4) This paper analyzes the mechanism of SaltFreezing destroy on the surface of concrete in cold region, according to the original mix ratio, the mix ratio is redesigned and optimized. Based on the experiment, analysis the influence of frost damage on cement concrete under fortifier or admixture, this article synthesizes the Construction effect factors and makes the best choice. Detailed analysis was carried out on the environmental elements in cold region, Selecting a reasonable construction period and construction time.
