The cause of the rapid development of traffic construction enterprise plays a huge rolein boosting the national economy. With the increasing in vehicle load, high speed oftravelling crane, we need demand more to road construction. Because cement concretepavement possess several character, such as high strength good stability good durability, so ithas received widespread attention. But the weakness of cement concrete pavement is that itsevenness is difficult to control which have a large impact on running speed, comfort, stability.Development of large cement concrete mechanized construction improves evenness ofpavement effectively. So far slip form paving is most advanced in cement concrete pavementconstruction, for its higher automation and higher productivity. In order to popularizehigh-level concrete pavement, control of slip form paving evenness plays the decisive role.In this paper has stated the leveling principle of slip form machine. And it analyses thepaver rack filtering, clear the rack itself cuts down unevenness of the grass-roots. Throughresearching that grassroots flatness influence on driving performance of four-track slipforming machine, stressed the importance of grassroots flatness and the degree of compactionin pavement evenness. To establish a relationship between baseline the tension and droopingdeflection that can ensure that the deflection of the baseline in a reasonable range.In the studyof slip-form paving construction technology, mainly discusses the influence of each link onroad surface flatness, and puts forward the reasonable advice to solve the problem.Concrete vibrating liquefaction is an important step of slip-form paving. This articleresearches vibrating liquefaction mechanism and the vibration acceleration attenuation, andput forward reasonable paving speed and vibrating rod spacing. At the same time, emphasizeimpact on concrete vibrating liquefaction added by air-entraining agent, so I can draw aconclusion that air-entraining agent enhance concrete vibrating liquefaction effectively.In order to improve the pavement roughness, this paper analyses the reasons of thecommon disease such as pits and edge collapes and come up with some relevant measures.
