With the development of social economic construction, caterpillar loader is widely used in industries of energy, transportation, mining, metallurgy and so on, particularly suitable for wheel loader cannot work bad work place. Along with the application of hydraulic drive in engineering mechanical driving system is more and more widely, we must research the engineering mechanical hydraulic driving and conformity system, including loader, to guide our country engineering machinery driving system implement the hydraulic and intelligent development.In this paper, analyzing the characteristics of the crawler loader operating mode, and I put forward its claim to the exercise of hydraulic drive system. By analyzing all kinds of hydraulic transmission system, I determine the walking system for closed loop, volumetric speed control scheme, the round edge independent variable pump, variable motor driving system, and expound its composition and working principle.Put forward the method that control variable pump displacement conducts the constant power and varying-power control of engine, so as to make the engine achieve the best economic point or the maximum power point during the work, and make sure the economy and dynamic property of the engine. Research the parameter matching and control method of variable pump and engine. According to the control requirements of the variable motor; put forward variable motor pressure automatic control method; analysis the characteristic of this kind of control mode. Put forward to using the deviation of engine speed as control parameter input controller to control the variable pump and variable motor displacement, in order to put forward the control strategy when the engine is in best working point. Put forward the application solution of vague PID under the caterpillar loader hydraulic control system;analysis the principle of vague control; put forward the vague control rules and achieve it in Simulink.The article has analysis the dynamic and kinematics of loader driving system; gets the loader driving resistance calculation equation under various conditions. Select the nominalpressure and highest pressure of hydraulic system, analysis the matching method of pressure and load. Put forward the main technical data of caterpillar loader; get the maximum tangential traction through calculating the driving resistance under the various operating conditions and consulting the relevant parameters. By choosing suitable proportion between engine power and the weight of the vehicle; determine the type of the engine; select the type of hydraulic pump and hydraulic motor model by calculating the torque, displacement, speed,and other paraments of hydraulic system components, and check the speed of pump and motor.Lay foundation to the constitution plan of the hydraulic driving system and paraments matching theoretical analysis; establish the hydraulic driving system mathematical model;provide the theoretical analysis gist for paraments control and system simulation. Then, apply Simulink to establish the hydraulic driving system simulation model; analysis the dynamic analysis and get its dynamic characteristics.
