Traffic information service system is an important application of Intelligent Transportation System(ITS), which has made important contributions to ease traffic congestion, improve traffic quality and raise the level of traffic service. However, with the rapid development of economic society, the existing traffic information system cannot satisfy the public demand for traffic information services because of the weak comprehensive handling ability, the low level of intelligent services and the simple traffic information service mode. In recent years, the research and application of internet of vehicles(IOV) technology provide a new insight for the development of traffic information service, and IOV environment creates data conditions and basic platform for improving the quality and level of traffic information service. So building a new traffic information service system under IOV environment has become the one of hot research areas.Based on the above, the aim of this paper is to construct the synergetic system of new traffic information service under IOV environment and researches are carried out on key technologies. Firstly, through in-depth analysis the connotation and technology characteristics of IOV, a kind of traffic information service cooperation architecture for the requirements of traffic information service is proposed. This kind of service cooperation system includes three parts: the traffic information service model, the service discovery protocol based on the opportunity communication, the semantic based traffic information service matching and service dynamic combination. Secondly, based on investigating the expression of syntax and semantics for Web services and application, through analyzing the descriptions of traffic information service, an OWL-S language modeling is proposed to realize the semantic description of traffic information service and a descriptive model of traffic information service based on OWL-S is built. Then the key issues of traffic information service discovery are presented through in-depth analysis the technology of service discovery in Web. The distribution of service request data in the traffic environment is studied, which is to establish the opportunistic routing to exchange data between the service requester and the service provider. Finally, based on studying the combination of traffic information service, an combination framework of traffic information service based on semantic service matching and workflow technologies built for the characteristics of traffic information service composition. Under this framework, the working process of the traffic information service combination, construction method of services composition template, combination decision method of atomic service and executive control method of traffic information service are studied.Advanced traffic information service collaborative system under IOV environment this paper proposed can well improve the intelligent and personalized level of traffic information service, enhance the comprehensive capacity of traffic information service system, and help to significantly improve the quality of services for traffic information service system and ensure the safety and efficient operation of transportation.
