Study On The Highway Traffic Information Service System Based On Mobile Internet

In recent years, China’s highway construction has a rapid development, China has become the country with the most highway mileage in the world, the main backbone of road transport corridor has been basically formed, the highway has become an important strategic resource and infrastructure to support the country’s economic development and serves social people. Compared to the highway infrastructure construction, the development of highway traffic information service is relatively lagged behind. Since 2006, the provinces began to build roads transport travel information service system based on the traditional Internet(PC Internet), and to some extent alleviate the contradiction between supply and demand of highway traffic information. However, relying solely on traditional highway information service system can not meet the public’s diverse and individual needs, the rapid development of mobile Internet provides new application methods and development opportunities for highway traffic information service.In this paper, we study the highway traffic information service system based on mobile Internet. There are three research purposes, the first is to explore the service function of the system. The second is to study how to realize these service function from the perspective of information collection, information processing and information release. The third is to analysis the operation management mode of the system, according to the relationship between government and enterprises in the highway traffic information service.The main results and conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1) combed the research and application status at home and abroad of road traffic information service system;(2)designed 8 basic service function modules, including highway information, traffic maps, travel planning, route navigation, real-time traffic, emergency services, traffic video and highway meteorology; as well as 10 value-added service function module, including information sharing, comprehensive inquiry, ETC service, Micro-letter and Micro-blog, leisure entertainment, private ordering, call answering, cloud synchronization and multi-dimensional display;(3)set up a logical framework and technical framework of system implementation, and comprehensively described the realization of system functions,such as the information source and collection, information integration and processing, information release, key problems and technology and so on;(4) explore the system’s operation and management mode, put forward a kind of commercial operation mode based on cooperation between government and enterprises, and analyzed its operating mechanism and advantages and disadvantages.
