A scientific and reasonable production logistics system can adjust the production to the best condition, eliminate waste, make the flow more smoothly, realize the reasonable allocation of resources, improve the production operation efficiency of enterprise and insure the rapid respond to market, which directly impacts the economic benefit and market share. However, the production logistics system is a highly complicated and dynamic system. In order to simulate and analysis the production logistics system accurately, the selection of a suitable analytical method is particularly important.This paper takes the needs of the manufacturing practical application of automobile manufacture enterprise, a method based on the Petri net and Flexsim simulation was introduced in the paper to model and analyze production logistics system.Firstly, the automobile production logistics was explained, and then analyzed the characteristics of production logistics system and the advantages of Petri net and Flexsim simulation method. Based on the leaning production thinking and systematic renovation, a production logistics system optimization method based on the Petri net and Flexsim simulation was put forward.Secondly, the production logistics process of interior line section of assembly workshop in Shaanxi Automobile Group Co.,LTD. was presented to demonstrate the feasibility and validity of the proposed method. According to the workshop layout and production process, the time Petri net was established, and then converted it into the corresponding Flexsim simulation model. According to the data collected, set Flexsim simulation model parameter, then simulate the present production logistics condition, analyze and diagnosis the process and identify the production bottleneck.At last, In order to deal with the production bottleneck, the optimized process scheduling model was established to minimize the Sum of stations Idle Time and Blocked Time. In line with the principle of lower cost, lower risk and shorter cycle, the optimization method, setting the reasonable station parameter(Takt Time), was selected. After different parameters setting, simulation, data statistics and contrast analysis, then a Takt Time was got, which make the Sum of stations Idle Time and Blocked Time get minimum. Thereby, the waste was cut down and the production efficiency of the enterprise was improved. The result proves that the method is reasonable and effective.
