Jining Commerical Vehicle Company Logistics Optimization And Reengineering

With the increasingly fierce market competition,and customers to the service level of heavy truck high quality high demand unceasingly,the enterprise only by reducing consumption of raw materials and labor cost has been more difficult to obtain greater profits.Not only more and more companies have pay attention to modern logistics which is the third profit source of the company,but also become to further research object of company which can boost profits.Based on the actual operation status of production logistics process of Jining Commercial Vehicle Company of China Heavy Truck Group,this paper discusses and analyses the management of production logistics.In view of the problems existing in the current logistics management work,such as poor business process,inadequate implementation of management system,low level of information technology and lack of logistics personnel,the first is to analyze and optimize the operation process of production logistics from the perspective of lean management,mainly using the relevant tools of lean management,such as visual management,standardized management,site improvement,etc.The second is to reengineer the operation of production logistics process system from the perspective of basic management,mainly from the point of system improvement,information system business process optimization,inventory control and so on.The aim is to improve the efficiency of logistics dispersion and reduce the cost of logistics operation through the optimization and reengineering of production logistics process,gradually build the logistics management mode under the new normal conditions,and realize the efficient logistics operation system with market orientation information system as support and optimal inventory as goal.The research content of this paper has practical guiding significance for Jining Commercial Vehicle Company’s production logistics operation,improves production capacity,shortens inventory cycle,reduces inventory backlog,and has great reference value for improving the accuracy of logistics distribution and operation efficiency.
