The result of investigation showed that the current domestic market grader with construction volume increased, the demand of market was being increased. In actual use, the part of prone breakdownwas the ring gear.(2)As a special operating conditions of road construction machinery, motor graders complex operating conditions. In order to clarify its actual rotation of the ring gear of the situation by force, This article did an in-depth understanding about the various components of the operating conditions in order to clear analysis of direction.(3)This paper built solid model of the ring gear and drive gear, through pro/e software and analyzed these conditions rotating ring gear of the actual stress.(4)The establishedphysical modelused ANSYS finite element analysissoftware.Its structure is analyzedonstatic strength. Through analysis of the calculated resultsclearlythe slewing ring,tractionunreasonableframestructure.The part of unreasonable was improved by the analysis.
