| Rutting is the most common early destruction in asphalt pavement of our country. The rutting failure is caused by many factors,the external factors mainly include vehicle loads and nature climate,the internal factors mainly include pavement structure type and bituminous mixture anti-distortion capacity. The external factors cannot avoid,so,we can only solve this problem from the internal angle,that is optimize structure type and improve the anti-distortion of bituminous mixture. Relying on one asphalt pavement freeway in Guangdong province, and comprehensively considered structure type and mixture capacity, and based on different rutting depth, this paper puts forward the treatment scheme of old asphalt pavement. In order to verify the applicability of treatment scheme, we paved some testing road, and observed the treatment effect. The main achievements of this paper are as follows:1. Through investigation on rutting disease, we made the conclusion that, in passing lane the rutting disease is very slight, but very heavy in chief lane and heavy-traffic lane, and we still found that the rutting disease produced mainly in upper and middle asphalt layer.2. Using field detection, indoor test, and finite element calculation methods, this paper analyzed the causing reason of rutting disease, and finally made the conclusion that, a thin thickness asphalt layer, low mechanical property and porosity of mixture, and poor cohesive force of inter layer, are very important factors that caused rutting disease in support engineering.3. Comprehensively considered the anti-distortion capacity of asphalt mixture, and bituminous layer thickness, and treatment effect, and engineering economics, and environment protection, this paper put forward the treatment scheme based on the rutting depth of old asphalt pavement.4. Select some representative road section as testing road, paving the testing road with above treatment scheme, and observed the rutting depth and mixture capacity of testing road, finally adjustment and improve the treatment scheme timely. |
