Study On The Application Of Anti Rutting Agent LY In Asphalt Mixture

The mileage of asphalt pavement in highway has been increasing year by year,which has contributed greatly to the economic development of our country,but at the same time,the problem of pavement distress has been existed and has not been well solved,as a common disease,rutting seriously reduces the service function of pavement and increases the risk coefficient of trip;Anti rutting agent has remarkable effect on improving the high temperature performance of Asphalt Pavement,which has been widely used in Asphalt Pavement.In this paper,the application of anti rutting agent LY in asphalt mixture was studied by laboratory test.By studying the modification of asphalt,it is found that the penetration of LY modified asphalt binder decreases,the ductility decreases,the viscosity and rutting resistance factor increase,and the softening point increases;The road performance index and physical and mechanical indexes of modified asphalt mixture with different dosage of LY are compared,and reasonable dosage is recommended.Orthogonal test is designed to study the laboratory test parameters of LY modified asphalt mixture;It is found that LY can not only improve the high temperature performance and water stability of AC-16 C matrix asphalt mixture,but also improve the low temperature performance,the mixture of different types of adding the same dose of LY,AC-16 Casphalt mixture is better than the degree of improvement in SMA-16 asphalt mixture,the high temperature performance of SBS modified asphalt mixture is improved slightly,has certain negative effect and low temperature performance and water stability performance.The addition of LY in the AC-16 C asphalt mixture after fatigue test and aging test,found that the addition of LY can shorten the fatigue life of the mixture,but it can improve the AC-16 C asphalt mixture anti aging performance;under special conditions(70??1.1MPa ?high temperature and water)LY modified asphalt mixed material ability to resist high temperature the attenuation of the anti rutting performance better.
