15MW Pressurized Explosion-proof Motor Design And Research

Pressurized explosion-proof motors are widely used in the oil and gas pipeline, LNG and petrochemical industry,and other large explosion fields;which using area is wide, not by the flame-proof performance tolerance limit, and which power can in theory run up to the induction motor(at present the single largest capacity three phase asynchronous motor power is 30MW), and avoids increased safety, no spark machine’s corona test, a large explosion protection field electric drive equipment preferred. In this p a p e r, c o m b i n e d w i t h t h e t r i a l o f 1 5 M W p r e ssurized explosion-pro of motor design research, pressurized explosion-proof motor’s assortment, the execution of relevant standards, explosion-proof symbol and the sense, protection grades of the equipments-EPL are totally briefly introduced;expounds the pressurized explosion-proof motor ’s explosion-proof principle,working process, special requirements, the a r c h i t e c t u r e p e c u l i a r i t y and designes sentials. Thechoose and adjust of important electroma gnetic datas of the motor are briefly recommended and decomposed,which interrelationship and influence are also discussed;at the same time, uses the relevant electromagnetic calculation program for accounting, from the source t o d e s i g n i n p u t a n d o u t p u t t h e c o r r e s p o n d i n g d e m a n d; g i v e n t h e d e t a i l e d f l o w w i n d i n g c a l c u l a t i o n a n d t h e o r e t i c a l b a s i s, o n t h e m o t o r i n s u l a t i o n and insulation structure focus on interpretation. And then the 15 MW pressurized explosion-proof motor’s structure is systematically introduced. The details of shaft,rotor,cooling system,purge system,bearings,stator etc. architecture feature of the motor; the motor shaft intensity calculation, milling and rib thickness which have decisive influences on the output torque of the motor size; account the deflection and critical speed of rotating shaft,and then verificate by ANSYS software through 3D modeling. Secondly, combining the test contents and test report of 15 MW positive pressure explosion-proof motor, comparison and analyze the prototype motor’s test results and design data, summarize the expedient experience of pressurizedtype large explosion-proof motor successfully, analyses the design lack and existing problems,conduct the follow-up of similar product’s design and manufacture; write positive pressure type large motor series samples, lists the YZKS series mot or type spectrum, pa rticularize the refer ence mold for the series motor. Finally, summarizes the research results of the motor and the key technology and existing problems, the market blueprint and prospect,and the successful experience forcefully promoting the large scale liquified natural gas equipment’s localization.
