In modern warfare, the role of radio fuze jammer in electronic warfare is becoming increasingly important. In line with the development of the jammer, the jammer performance tests and follow-up training, development of radio fuze signal simulator to simulate typical military and foreign military radio detecting and detonating fuze process.Radio Fuze Signal Simulator consisted of the proximal controller, two distal simulators and PC. Based on radio fuze signal simulator, the paper designed dynamic data collection and communication system. Firstly, it analyzed the demand for radio fuze signal simulator, and proposed the overall program of dynamic data collection and communication system. Secondly, the paper regarded LPC1788 chip as the core, and completed the hardware and software design of data acquisition module, data storage module, remote communication module and PC module. In hardware terms, it completed the design of the chip interface, analog to digital conversion circuit, SD card memory circuit, besides, for the fuze detection signal and detonation signal their own characteristics, it designed different conditioning circuit. In software terms, it adopted Lab VIEW software to build the PC module, which was consisted of a module in communication with the proximal controller based on Ethernet / USB, and the serial communication module in communication with the hall master, read SD card modules, meanwhile, it completed the software design of distance communication module and data acquisition module. Finally, it tested the function of each module in the system and completed the whole FBI to verify the feasibility of the system.
