Signal simulators are often used in product development and engineering testing to test and early evaluation.With the advancement of technology and the improvement of user needs,in the testing of radio fuzes,common signal simulators cannot meet the needs of fuze testing.At the same time,in order to reduce the number of range tests,it is necessary to design a dedicated radio Signal simulator for fuze testing.According to the requirement of testing radio fuze,this paper proposes a design scheme based on DSP and Lab VIEW.This solution uses Lab VIEW to develop the user interface,to realize the input of waveform frequency,amplitude,duty cycle and other parameters with the function of sending the waveform control command to the DSP.The corresponding analog signal is generated after The DSP receives the control command from the Lab VIEW.This scheme can not only generate common triangle wave,sine wave,sawtooth wave,square wave,but also generate Doppler waveform,and has four output channels for waveform output.The signal simulator has the advantages of diverse signal generation,simple operation,small size and easy to carry.This article mainly discusses from the four aspects of system scheme demonstration and principle design,hardware system design,software system design,system testing and result analysis.In the system scheme demonstration and principle design,analyze and compare several common signal simulator implementation schemes at present and select the optimal scheme,then analyze the needs of the radio fuze signal simulator,formulate the overall design scheme and Technical index.In the hardware system design,the TMS320F28335 digital signal processor is the core of the hardware system,and the TLV5620 DAC chip is used for waveform output.In the software system design,Lab VIEW software is used to develop the control program and the user interfacecomputer control program;the CCS development environment is used to develop the DSP software to realize functions such as command reception and waveform output.The system test part has carried out a series of tests on the waveform output,amplitude accuracy,frequency accuracy,and output consistency of each channel.Through the analysis of the test results,the radio fuze signal simulator designed has achieved the expected design goals.
