| The difficulty of Wind turbine on-line monitoring and troubleshooting is the complex correlation that exists between the unit leaves load distribution and the unit vibration signals and the noise.Such as the relationship between the noise and vibration signals in the typical failure that cracks occured in blade and the uneven distribution load,between the detected signal this correlation reflected in the law is also more complex,at present,the distinguishing of the fault relationship between this multi-signal is still blank.To fully and depth grasp the fan working conditions, including the dynamic performance of the tower, nacelle, gear box,main bearings and other key components,a dedicated data acquisition is needed for wind turbines online monitoring system.domestic and internationalThis paper analyzes the development of the data acquisition.According to the typical failure types of wind turbines,through the comparative study of existing product design solutions it determined the performance and overall design of the wind turbine on-line monitoring system data collector,and completed the hardware design of data acquisition based on PCI bus.When the external system communication interrupts,by using the industrial control computer and storage devices, the data collector could uninterrupted work independently,meanwhile,due to the design of PCI bus, the next crew can connect multiple PCI bus-based data acquisition cards, so that the data acquisition has good scalability.Data can be transferred through the GPRS wireless communication,and the collector can easily communicate with the host computer for data exchanging, so as to realize on-line monitoring of wind turbines by HMI interface.Analysis results show that the modular data collector has high reliability and stability as well as excellent scalability and independence. It can meet the needs of field-line monitoring, and has a high cost and so on. |
