Crawler-type hydraulic excavator is a kind of common mobile engineering machines,Its precondition of safety to walk is walking straightly, so this paper takes a type multi-way valve as the carrier, through the method combining the theoretical analysis and experimental simulation, research on walking excavator synchronicity was carried out. The full text research content mainly includes the following aspects :This paper Outlines the working characteristics of the hydraulic excavator and the requirement of the hydraulic system, The architecture of the multi-way valve is introduced, Walking valve in hydraulic system are analyzed in detail of the working principle,and laid the foundation for subsequent tests;By walking circuits of the multi-way valve flow characteristic test, Got the valve differential pressure flow rate under different valve opening mouth, determine its problems walking out of sync;according to the motor rotation speed difference to regulate the movement of the valve core, achieve the goal of walking excavator synchronous control, and establish the valve core displacement and mathematical model of the motor speed difference;The valveā€™s simulation model of hydraulic system is constructed by using AMESim, Analysis the changes of the valve port differential pressure, flow rate and rotational speed, when the unilateral motor by the extra load, Verify it is feasible that according to the motor rotation speed regulating valve core to move control motor speed to avoid synchronization method.
