With the deepening of reform opening and industrial modernization, people putforward higher requirements to the engineering machinery operating performanceand energy utilization rate. Multi-way valve as one of the important elements ofexcavator hydraulic system, its performance directly determines the quality andtechnical level of excavator. Hydraulic excavator is a typical high power and energyconsumption construction machinery. In this paper, the hydraulic excavator controlsystem as the research object, the system of composite action synchronization andenergy conservation as the research object, analyze and improve the optimizationcontrol characteristics of theexcavator multi way valve, the operation to improve theperformance of the system, reduce the power loss of system. The main researchcontents of this paper include the following aspects:1. The paper describes the background and significance of this topic, introducesthe current development of the hydraulic excavator control system. On the principle ofnegative flow control throttle system is analyzed and calculated, established themathematical model of negative flow control throttle system.2. Set up in the AMESim emulation model of excavator negative flow controlsystem, a simplified model of HCD model, including the model of the reversingvalve dualvariable pump and working device. According to the technical parametersand themapping of multi way valve manufacturers to provide value, the parameters ofthe simulation model in the set. The feedback characteristics, multi way valve,thepressure loss of negative flowloop synchronization performance load sensitivitysimulation analysis.3. Based on the comprehensive test valve test bench, design the multi way valvecontrol testing scheme characteristics, the test data of negative feedback flow, pressureloss, load sensitivity of synchronization performance. Through the test data and thesimulation results, simulation results show that the model is correct and reliable, canbe used for the following research work.4. The traditional negative flow control valve in flow output load pressure effectofcomposite action, poor synchronization faults, according to this problem, improvedthe design of the multi-way valve, increase the load pressure compensation device,the valve with the load pressure compensation function. Through the Matlab programming to the valve return oil throttle O through optimization for the furtheroptimization of the multi way valve synchronization performance load sensitivityofflow area.At the end of this paper, uses the AMESim software to simulate the negativeflow control system is improved after optimization, simulation and analysis resultsshow the negative flow control system after optimization of the compound actionsynchronization and energy efficiency are improved obviously.
