Study On The Acoustic Environment Status Of Hospital Outpatient Department And Control Strategies

The progress of modern society and the improvement of living quality, makes people to the requirements of medical environment has also gradually improved, with the rapid development of the hospital building and increasement of patients, the problem of hospital acoustic environment are more and more prominent. The Outpatient department is an important part of modern general hospital which is the first window that patients come in contact with. The noise of the outpatient department not only effects the patient’s physical and mental health,but also effects work efficiency of medical staff. Therefore, how to design a good acoustic environment of hospital outpatient department should get more attention, research and exploration.First, this paper flaborates on the development and characteristics of hospital outpatient department, the acoustic environment of outpatient department,noise hazard and the evaluation method and standard of acoustic environment in outpatient department. Second, through acoustic environment of hospital outpatient department in 3 generall Grade A Class Ⅲ hospitals, this paper design the questionnaire investigation make subjective evaluation of hospital outpatient department of acoustic environment based on the user’s subjective feeling about the present acoustic environment situation of hospital outpatient department, also objectively analysis and research indoor and outdoor acoustic environment of outpatient department through the field evaluation.Finally, through the analysis and reach results of subjective feelings and objective evaluation, put forward some suggestions to solve the problem of hospital acoustic environment from the architectural design, sound absorption and noise reduction, the aided design of overall environment, design of sound insulation, behavior constraints, Weaken the influence of the outside noise and improve the standard of acoustics design,also provides the reference to create the ideal acoustic environment of outpatient department and the sustainable development of hospital construction.
