With the widely use of permanent-magnet synchronous motor in many fields, the study on the permanent-magnet synchronous motor, a kind of inevitable development trend, has real meaning and value. This paper uses TI company special-purpose on TMS320F240 type digital signal processor that controls electrical machines as the core, designs and develops software of the full-digital permanent-magnet synchronous motor vector control speed adjustment system. By using the improved digital signal processor test-bed for experimentation and development of motor control, we have done the experiment with electric machine, which proved the feasibility of system design scheme.Firstly, the theory of vector control on permanent-magnet synchronous motor is studied further deeply, and the mathematical model of the permanent-magnet synchronous motor is built in the second chapter. On this base, we also discuss the speed adjustment scheme of vector control on the permanent-magnet synchronous motor. Secondly, the hardware structures of the control system are introduced based on the digital signal processor test-bed for experiment and development of motor control, which thoroughly discusses the every part of control circuit and the design and debugging of peripheral circuits. Based on the hardware circuit, the software is programmed with assembly language. Dual close loop vector control with feedback of speed and current arerealized. The flow charts of main program and PWM interrupt service routines are given. The important control strategies of the vector control permanent-magnet synchronous motor such as initialization of rotor phase, current scaling, speed and electric position scaling, bettor co-ordinate transformation, generation of sine and cosine, PI regulators, SVPWM vector modulation and so on are all accomplished in the PWM interrupt service routines. In order to unite all the variables in the program, scaling is used.In addition, based on the MATLAB/SIMULINK, a simulation model of the permanent-magnet synchronous motor with fuzzy neural network controller is built. The simulation results show that the proposed control system is good for robust with regards to uncertainties and have a better response.The paper is summarized at the end.
