| In recent years, with the rapid development of the national economy in our country,more and more household vehicles enter the common families, which aggravated parking problems. Mechanical Parking System has become one of the important ways to solve the parking problem, because of it has many advantages, for example, high space utilization,layout flexibility high efficiency and energy conservation. The lift—sliding type stereo garage is the most widely used.Firstly, the nine Mechanical Parking System in detail in terms of working principle,working process, advantages and disadvantages, and equipment components, etc was analyzed in this paper. The lift—sliding type stereo garage was chosen as the final overall design scheme of this paper by a detailed comparison of various Mechanical Parking System to solve the urban resident parking problem,Secondly, the overall layout was designed of the Mechanical Parking System and then listed the structure design. The important section modeling of the Mechanical Parking System was designed by the Pro/E5.0. Its specific structure design included of steel structure, lifting system, transferring system, loading pallet, transverse frame, preventing downfall braking device, ect. At the same time, the main shaft of lifting system was designed and received strength check in this paper.Thirdly, the garage’s important section was analyzed by the finite element analysis software ANSYS12.0 Workbench. The framework static structure analysis in different loading conditions, the stability analysis and the modal analysis of the nature frequency were analyzed in this paper. The structure statics analysis of loading pallet was analyzed in the perfect condition and in the case of partial loads.Finally, the access strategy of this Mechanical Parking System was researched in this paper. The mathematical models to record the time of taking cars priority strategy, in-suit reset strategy and crossover strategy was established in this paper. Then the simulation was studied by the MATLAB software accorded to the mathematical models of time. Eventually,the better access strategy was gotten of this Mechanical Parking System in this paper. |
