Economic development to promote the continuous development of people’s happy life, and convenient tool of life is to let people pro gaze, the needs of the market to make more and more cars into the family, bringing great convenience for the daily travel. However, also led to the parking spaces are hard to find, roads and other urgent problems.In this paper, the development status of automobile in recent years as the foothold, the city of xi ’an,as one of 31 cities of more than one million cars in China, made research and analysis, analysis results show that mechanical parking equipment is effective feasible method to reduce traffic congestion, reduce the pressure of parking, and have good prospects.Analysis and research development better several mechanical parking garage in the market at present, combined with this paper mainly aimed at the center of the city’s downtown area, large commercial vehicles intensive, high turnover, high-rise residential and other areas,by analyzing and comparing the mechanism of operation, advantages,disadvantages and applicable occasions of all kinds of mechanical parking garage, finally the vertical lifting stereo parking system was determined for the overall scheme of this thesis in the garage.Considered from the occupied area, materials, appearance, the garage did the overall layout of plane and solid, three-dimensional modeling of parts to the whole garage steel structure frame, lifting platform, linear motor traversing device, car-parking plank, safety devices and other components with PRO/E5.0, and completed the general assembly drawings. Analysis of the choice of the corresponding standard parts of the garage, the important parts is calculated and verified, and running mechanism of the whole and local garage each section in detail.Adams13.2 analysis simulation in this paper to study the garage elevator, transverse and feed movement. To simplify the model in the pro phase of PROE5.0 in operation, and then import the Adams software, the simplified model, define material, set color, add the corresponding constraints, drive, through the analysis of the software processing,conclusion displacement, velocity and acceleration simulation graph of the main direction of three moving parts of lifting platform, transverse device, car-parking plank.Using ANSYS14.5 classic mode, mechanical stereo parking system for steel structure frame of 5 kinds of stiffness and stress under different working conditions are analyzed,and the analysis results under different working conditions, the results show that the steel structure frame can satisfy the requirement of the working condition of equipment, at the same time made ten order modal analysis for steel structure frame, the corresponding vibration frequency and vibration model. Using ANSYS14.5 Workbench module was carried out on car-parking plank, lifting platform in the stiffness and stress was analyzed,and the results show that the proposed meet the job requirements.
