In recent years,the healthy and rapid development of socialist market economy in our country,also in big strides in road project construction,highway mileage in thousands of kilometers every year increased rapidly,the speed of road construction also has complex topography and geological conditions in the area of the building,a bridge in the proportion of total length has been increased.At the same time,trans-regional traffic is increasing year by year,with the increase of overloaded and overloaded traffic.The concrete concrete bridge deck,which is directly under the load of the wheel and protects the bridge from the rain,faces a severe test.Semi-flexible bituminous concrete is a kind of pavement material that will be formed when the high performance low-shrinkage cement slurry is injected into the asphalt mixture.Currently,half of the flexible asphalt concrete at home and abroad,after years of theoretical and experimental research,on the road has many more mature research results and the successful application of instances.Half compared with ordinary cement concrete,flexible asphalt concrete is higher than that of ordinary cement concrete flexible,compared with the ordinary asphalt concrete,it is higher than that of ordinary asphalt concrete rigidity.Semi-flexible asphalt concrete possesses the advantages of these two traditional materials,and makes up for the deficiency of these two traditional materials,which is a kind of excellent material.Based on this,this article will half flexible asphalt concrete used in cement concrete bridge deck pavement,bridge deck surfacing in order to reduce the early disease and prolong the service life of pavement.In this paper,taking Chongqing Yangtze river bridge deck pavement project based on engineering,through early experiment study and theoretical analysis,the selected raw materials,mixing ratio of cement slurry flow optimization design was prepared with high performance,easy to perfusion,low dry shrinkage and satisfies the requirement of mechanics of cement mortar;The optimum design of the base asphalt mixture ratio was made,and the asphalt mixture was prepared with sufficient clearance rate,certain mechanical strength and stability;The mechanical properties and performance of semi-flexible asphalt concrete are studied.Main results: Matrix asphalt mixture on the structure belongs to the structure of "skeleton-gap",similar to those of OGFC mix structure,in this paper,the optimization of Marshall specimen volume method is adopted to matrix asphalt mixture ratio design,by the method of Taylor,mineral mixture gradation optimization design,and then determine the reasonable matrix asphalt mixture asphalt dosage range,finally the optimum asphalt content;For half a flexible asphalt concrete cracking problem easily,through adding fly ash and mineral powder,and mixed with carboxyl butyl benzene latex into the net cement slurry,designed the work performance is good,easy perfusion,low shrinkage and low discount than(cement slurry and the compressive strength and flexural strength ratio of)cement mortar;Using auxiliary cement pulp perfusion on vibration table,and analyzes the principle of filling,the cement mortar can be sexual and residual porosity has carried on the theoretical calculation and experimental research,found that theory to be slightly smaller than the actual grouting amount,grouting grouting after residual porosity is smaller;Half-and-half flexible asphalt concrete interlaminar shear strength experiment,and comparing with other materials,the results show that a flexible asphalt concrete layer between the shear strength is bigger;Through the indoor experiment and data analysis,and a flexible asphalt concrete and cement mortar,cement concrete bridge deck pavement materials(AC-13,SMA-13)are compared,the results show that the cement net pulp semi flexible asphalt concrete has good road performance.Will be half flexible asphalt concrete used in Chongqing d renovation project,Yangtze river bridge of the original cement concrete bridge deck pavement project was completed in October 2016,achieved good using effect.In addition,this paper studies the cement slurry has low crushing ratio,make the cement slurry to present the trend of soft and makes up for the ordinary cement mortar were "not rigid enough to spare,toughness",help to solve the flexible asphalt pavement cracking problems,half the improvement of flexible asphalt concrete design has a certain reference value.
