The increasing population and load level of heavy truck provide a suitable circumstance for the formation and development of overload transportation. And thus the serviceability of the bridge is standing more and more challenge. The number of bridge collapse caused by overload truck hold 27% of the total amount, and had been the second motivational factor of bridge collapse only to structure construction.The medium and small span bridges occupy 90 percent of the constructed bridge in our country by the end of 2013. This dissertation based on the WIM data collected in National Rd 104, Xuan da expressway, Hu shan expressway, and the BDANS was used to analysis the response characteristics of medium and small span bridges under heavy truck load, and the service safety of these bridges had been evaluated. In the last, the truck load limitation of medium and small span bridges had been researched. The main research content is as follows.1. The traffic composition, vehicle weight and riding position distributionof extra-heavy truck load had been analysis based on the WIM data collected in G104, Xuan da expressway and Hu’shan expressway.2. The FEM of typical medium and small span bridges had been established and validated as the structure input information of BDANS. The extra-heavy truck load scenarios had been extracted and were used to calculate the load effect of hollow slab bridges. The response characteristics were analysis based on the results.3. The overrun situation of internal force and deformation and the anti-crack performance and the safety of carrying capacity of medium and small span bridge had been analysis.4. The typical truck had been chose and load limitation had been calculated based on the theory of engineering structure reliability. |
