By matching a two-stage turbo-charging system for the engine and developing the control strategy, the engine’s performance on the plateau could be recovered and be self-adapted.Some V-type diesel engine’s GT-power simulation model is built based on the engine’s experiment data on the plateau and then the model is modified as the simulation model of the two-stage turbo-charging system. Base on the equivalent turbo-charging model of the two stage turbo-charging system, a matching method of the two stage turbo-charging system on the plateau is developed. The engine is matched with a two stage turbo-charging system and the performance is tested. The optimal valve opening MAP and the optimal boost pressure MAP are made. The hardware and software platform of the two stage turbo-charging system are developed. And a mean value engine model is built for dynamic control research on the dSPACE real time platform. And hardware in the loop simulation system of the two stage turbo-charging control system is developed with the hardware platform and the dSPACE real time platform.Based on the dSPACE hardware in the loop simulation platform, three self-adapted control strategies are tested under steady conditions and transient responses. And the optimal self-adapted control strategy of the two-stage turbo-charging system on the plateau is developed based the characteristic of the engine’s system and the previous control strategies. | Keywords/Search Tags: | two-stage turbo-charging, self-adapted controls, hardware in the loop, diesel engine, plateau | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
